You are now in charge of a company like Tesla. You are at the forefront of technology. How do you approach the integration of sustainability goals into your core business strategy?

My advice is to know your company. Think about Tesla. They are high speed. Their model is software-based. When they build new models, what is involved in the sustainability of that model? Next, think relative. You are not in a rush. Pay careful attention to the competition. If you can't win the customer first, you don't have to worry about sustainability. It is a step you do not yet have to take.

Survival is the number one priority right now. Do not get fooled into near-term traps that will eat your cash and revenue. Know the environment you are in.
