They will drive AI strategy. This person’s role will be to stimulate your thinking, question your current models, and push your team to integrate AI into day-to-day operations.

• Allocate time for learning. Nobody will master AI overnight. Make time for your team to learn how AI applies to your business. Start small, but do not be afraid to think big. Once you understand what AI can do, the opportunities will multiply.
